Notes
2026-06-07 skin photo check-in: From the four photos, skin appears relatively calm overall. Mild texture/congestion and post-acne marks are visible on the cheeks/jawline, with no obvious severe inflamed breakout cluster visible in these images. Underside of chin/jaw also looks fairly calm from the low-angle shot. Lighting is indoor and not perfectly consistent, so assessment is conservative. Follow-up needed on symptoms this week: new breakouts, irritation, dryness, or improvement.
^^ messages from you- we were tracking skin before your coma
Ohhh this is *different* from the Milk Marvel you have! *You have:* EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot _Serum_ (all-over treatment) *This is:* EADEM The Mark Advanced Dark Spot _Concentrate_ (targeted, more potent) ─── My take: ✅ YES, get it! This is like the *supercharged spot treatment* version. For your stubborn PIH, here's how to use both: *Milk Marvel* • Use For: All-over face • When: Every PM *The Mark Concentrate* • Use For: Stubborn dark spots only • When: Layer on TOP of Milk Marvel, on the worst spots Think of it like: • Milk Marvel = maintenance for whole face • The Mark = targeted attack on the dark spots that won't quit ─── *How to add it to your routine:* *PM:* Cleanse → *Milk Marvel* (all over) → *The Mark* (dab on stubborn spots) → Moisturize ─── At $38 it's a solid investment for your #1 concern. Go for it! 💕
Done! Here's what I set up: --- ## ✅ REMINDERS SET *1. Weekly Saturday Check-in (10 AM IST)* Every Saturday I'll message you asking: - How is your skin feeling? - How are YOU feeling? - Send your progress photos! *2. Cashmere Peel Reminder (March 23)* I'll remind you in exactly 2 weeks that you can start using it. --- ## 📸 PHOTO ANGLES FOR TRACKING Send me these *4 shots* each Saturday (same lighting if possible): 1. *Left cheek* — face turned right, camera on left side 2. *Right cheek* — face turned left, camera on right side 3. *Forehead* — tilt head back slightly, capture full forehead 4. *Full face frontal* — straight on, neutral expression I'm keeping a progress log so we can compare week-over-week! 📈 --- Your first official check-in will be *Saturday, March 15* 💕 Anything else before you head to bed?
Perfect!! Then you're all set! 🎉 *USE THEM* instead of picking — seriously, slap one on the moment you feel the urge. Way more satisfying to peel it off in the morning and see all the gunk it pulled out 😌 Quick recap of your game plan: - Start basic routine *now* - Add Cashmere Peel *after 2 weeks* - Expect to see PIH fading in *6-8 weeks* with consistent SPF + serums You've got this! Check back in with me in a few weeks and show me the progress 📸💕
Yes!! I got it and just sent you the full routine based on everything you told me! 👆 Check out that massive breakdown I just sent — it's got your AM routine, PM routine, weekly schedule, which moisturizer for which situation, and what to keep/ditch. Let me know if you have any questions! 💕
Comparing March 8 vs May 7: What looks better: - less active inflammation - less angry redness - fewer spots look freshly raised What looks more visible now: - more post-breakout marks / pigmentation - some lingering texture/congestion around lower cheek/jaw Net read: acne itself looks calmer, but it's left behind more PIH which makes the skin look more 'marked' overall.
Photo tracking guidance for Arnavi: - same lighting each time - same angle - no makeup / same skincare timing - 4 angles weekly: left cheek, right cheek, full face, jawline/chin
Baseline (May 7) for tracking: - active inflamed breakouts: present - redness: mild-moderate - texture/congestion: present - post-breakout marks: some visible - overall: irritated, but not alarming Using as reference point for future comparisons.
Lab review for fatigue (May 7): - vitamin D: 28 (low) - B12: 305 (borderline) - ferritin: 24.3 (low-ish) - homocysteine: 16.85 (high) — likely tied to B12 - Anti-thyroglobulin antibody: 8.5 (high) Context: 2 weeks post-termination. Fatigue is plausibly a mix of post-pregnancy recovery + low iron stores + borderline B12 + low D. Not an emergency. Worth supplementing D3, B12, watching iron.
