Naka. Oh, I was in London. So nothing fascinating either for me either. You didn't go anywhere? You didn't go anywhere? No. Did you Mo. No. I was a family. So. Okay. Nice. Very nice. Cannot zoom in. I know. Last time we were doing it, it was. Okay. Problems. Is that. No, I don't think so. This is. Was the previous. I know. He's coming too. Okay. I think we're just waiting for staff to come on. Let me call her. Hi. But she's on. Miss Hayes. Hello. How you doing? You okay? Very good. How are you? Long time nosy. Happy New Year to you both. Happy New Year to you too. Yeah. I said. I said it was nice to see someone's face. He didn't. He didn't understand what I was saying when I said that. I did understand, Arvin. I said thank you. Okay. I did understand. Don't worry. Did you have a nice new. Do you celebrate New Year when we celebrate New Year? Do. Celebrate. You do? Yeah. What did you do? We do. But we didn't. I didn't. Same question. Steph. It's the repeat of this. I was asking exactly the same. Really? You do celebrate it. Again, is it? Oh, how boring. Sorry. No, no, I'm saying it's good. What did you do? So predictable. I had. We had a very busy Christmas. I had everyone at my house because I love entertaining. It's like my thing. And. But then when you're in the moment, you're like, you know, crazy. But. So I had family over and then I decided everyone over for New Year as well. So the kids and games and Too much fizz. A lot of fun and a lot. A lot of fun and a lot of work. So I was like. I was dead afterwards. All good. Thank you. All good. Do you go home? I was in Dhaka. You were. Okay. You didn't get to see your family? Yeah. Video call. I was on the video call for the whole day on the first. Oh, wow. Okay. So are we. Are we waiting for Armavy? You can start right. How do you want. She's here five minutes. Five minutes. She's on the phone. You'll see the camera. I'm sorry. The camera's so far away. Reconnected it to the tv. They don't want to be close to us. You know, the distance is good enough. So the distance between Dhaka and London is not good enough for you? Yeah. Or do you. You. You think that's not enough yet, huh? Six hours. Should we wait for an. Then it seems the right time. I'm Sorry. She's around. She don't know why she's. She's here in the room. She's just on. So Priyanka, maybe Steph, should we, should we do the agenda? Obviously the, the guy sent their email the other day, which obviously I forwarded on, but basically they've kind of put it into brackets, haven't they, in terms of what they want to see, which is the kind of new, innovative technical fabrics with all the kind of, you know, properties and everything in. So I guess that's. You would have been working on that anyway. But I think it's presenting that to them in a way that is kind of really focused on those, kind of focused on those features and benefits, I guess, which, you know, we've talked about before. Obviously we are going to be showing them new design boards. I know you've been working on that for some time. So showing them where your head's at in terms of, yeah. New direction in terms of shape and all the different design focuses that you've been looking at. And then obviously they want to see samples and I know for this meeting, which hopefully will get confirmed soonish, we kind of want to show them a limited amount, but a good focus, limited about. So then we can go in and show them more in the next meeting. But I think we discussed kind of showing them those key styles, you know, the things that are the absolute must haves, things that maybe a move on some from what they've done before and also moves on for maybe other, you know, things that you've done for other people as well. And then have that opportunity to go back in and show them things that we've developed from the, the design boards that you've created. And then I think the other big thing that obviously that we've been talking about, I think collectively for some while is talking about fabrics and putting those in price brackets. So we'd said kind of we'd show them like lead and mid and high, which obviously we need to have the bulk in that lead leading category, some in mid and then obviously the cherry on the top in that high. In that high price point. And then it's really understanding which you've put into the agenda that I sent to them. It's really understanding how their price categories work. So we're really clear in terms of where we need to be in terms of price points. So we know that we can achieve what they're looking for at the beginning before we kind of start quoting. At least then we're, we're all in the Same on the same page, which I think is the most important thing, because I think this season was all about kind of figuring that out with him, wasn't it? Yep. Yep. And also, Priyanka, did you. Did you see that email that Laura had written and Bethany about what. The things. What. What they were looking for for spring, summer 27? Yeah, we reviewed it together. Yeah. Okay. So I've just got. That's what I've just gone through, Alvin. Okay. Yeah. Okay. So up to you girls now. I think that was primarily our focus, what they've mentioned in the email as well. And that is a regular route that we take. You go back with fabric innovation, you go back with newer shapes, and then you go take along what you do for other people as intel, and anything that they have as bestsellers, which we took in the first meeting as well, we took along certain qualities as well that they could use, which we left with them. And anything that we present would be obviously put together and packaged into stories. So it makes more sense as to how they put it across in their stores as well. At this point, as we know that we are very strong in menswear since we have Holly, Scott and Soda, ted van and etc. With us. So our intel, primarily for men's would be coming from there, Though we have worked on a small capsule for men's as well in design. But our prime focus is women's also, because it's, you know, good to look at and nice options that you can play with in terms of shapes, silhouettes, techniques, branding colors, and everything. And, of course, we've seen in the past that they pick up one fabric and they adapt it in all three categories. Yeah. So just to inject more shapes, we've chosen to work more on women's at this point. We've included a lot of textures, different weights of fabrics. We've also played around the color palette that we discussed. We've more or less. We've seen our starting point in the previous touch. We have just further narrowed down from there and worked. I will be presenting on screen. I was actually trying to look for a remote to this camera that zooms in, but I'm unfortunately not able to do that. But at the end of the seating, we have this huge board. If you can just sort of see that. We've kind of put together our entire lineup there, and we've been putting swatches, trims across. Can bring that here. I'll be sharing the same screen. Okay. So it's just for you to see that the baby we've been working and I will be sharing digital. One of you take a. One of you take a nice photograph of it and send it across on the team so that they can see what we're talking about from here. It's not visible or even on WhatsApp, so we can have a look at it later as well. That might be good. It's also on the computer ppt. She's going to be sharing. Yeah, like she's going to share her screen. Share it now so that we can see you in the real time. What is happening? Because I think color has been a real focus for them, hasn't it? You know, they fell in love with a lot of the product last time based on some of the, you know, the new colors that you develop, you'd shown. So I think color seems to come up as a big focus for them in, in the meetings that we're having with them, doesn't it? She just said. Okay, you've just answered Priyanka, so WhatsApp. Thank you. Well, that looks good. Okay, so is, is this, what, is this what you're developing for spring summer 27? Yes. Okay, so this is in work. It's not been. It's. It's currently in work, right? It is, it is. So what we've done is why I wanted to show you before I actually. Go on. Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. I just have a question. Is this an overall spring summer collection for Victory Time, Right. For all the retailers? No, no, this is specifically we are doing for the Athleisure market, focused on Mountain Warehouse. This is. This is not. This is not the entire collection of Victory Time for spring summer 27, because we might be doing other categories as well. This is only for this meeting and then Mountain Warehouse. So in terms of. My question is before. Okay. What is your lead time in terms of samples being ready? What is the situation? Have you got fabric? I don't think that's relevant right now. Can we review through what we've done and then we can discuss these things afterwards? Yeah, just watches and I, I think. When I run through the entire thing, you'll have most of your questions, answers answered. Okay, so I have a rail on. So that's the board where we put together our range. We also have done this entire rail of mock samples before we went and did our final status samples. So we've been working on it since the last time we touched base. Which was about two months ago. Yeah, about two months ago. Then we and other people from our office, they had gone to China to Do the sourcing. We got back everything we shortlisted, we tried making stories, we connected it back to the intel that we had from our research. And then we. And the research that Steph shared with us, of course. Of course, of course. And stuff. And then we've put it together into. These broad categories. That's tops, bottoms and everything. So in tops, and I'm just jumping straight in the women's category, we're focusing on the product that they buy out of us a lot, which is T shirts and versions as of now. So that's our first area. Doing tanks, playing around with the shapes, proportions. Like you have a deep cut armhole, you have a unit, then you have the crop proportions, we have the compressions, we have the printed ones. So in terms of shape, that's what we're doing in tanks. And the fabrications that you would see is varying all from. I don't know if the camera is parallelly working or not. I keep switching between the camera and how we've been working. So for each style, this is how we function. That's the watch trim, everything that goes in and it goes into the sampling. So we have updated details, like your zipper pullers. In the Magic Zipper, you have two fabric setting mixed in. This is how we are doing for each style. Just to give you an idea so you have newness. And. I think that's why it's really important to do this round a table with them because this is obviously a much more difficult job to do. Just send in PDFs, isn't it? Because they don't get to see all the. The extra details. Yeah. So, you know, there's this little lace coming in. You have a printed fabric that sits back with a jacket. So it makes a group. What you see, think the PPT that I'm sharing is more to do with the product. But when we present it, this will come across more in mood based stories, color put together. Because at this point I'm trying to show you in terms of product, what all we are covering. Yeah, Now I understand silhouette. This is purely category and silhouette that you show here, isn't it? Yes, yeah, yes. And then of course, we are playing ahead with colors and fabrics in each category. And I've designed it in a way that it sits back with like a tank and a pair of leggings will sit back with the jacket. Then you can also group and, you know, kind of sell it. Yeah, that makes sense. Makes sense. Yeah, yeah. And so in the tanks then we have printed Jacquards, we have mesh Sort of situations. You have ribs covered, you have placement prints and then you have this particular. Are you also seeing my cursor? Not at the minute. Okay, no worries. I was before, but it seems to have disappeared. No worries. But more or less, I think this gives you an entire idea that you have. I can see it now. Play of length and crop proportions and the compression fabric coming in and everything. Similarly in the T area as well, we have the first one that you see, the AJ Athletics inspired. So that more to do with the rib sort of a situation that we have in Scuba. So it's a very beautiful fabric. It has a different color in the back. We have a high low at the hem. So it's going to be showing what's inside. And then you have a matching tape neck tape, things like that. Then you have. The next thing that you have is a brushed, really super soft brushed polyester spandex tea. This is snug fit. Then we're doing a jakarti. Sorry, I was just. I just wanted to ask about Scuba. You mentioned Scuba because we had a price issue with Scuba first for. So, yes, we did have a price issue with Scuba Irvin, but doesn't mean that we are not going to offer them Scuba. The Scuba that we offered them last season was a modal scuba. Okay. And it was also a heavier weight. This Scuba is lighter weight. But also we can go into the meeting telling them what the approximate cost would be of the fabric. And if they can't afford it, they can't afford it. Doesn't mean that everything we make has to be within that lower price range of what. I agree. I'm only bringing it up because the Scuba Scuba, they wanted to place a Scuba business with us, but we were a couple of dollars out. So the thing is that I was. Just reminding this obvious. I would like to see the quality which they are currently storing Scuba. If we don't get it from Mountain Warehouse, I suggest that we buy it whenever it comes onto the shop. So kindly keep a note of it whenever that Scuba style comes to selling, you know, I would want to have a sample of it to understand what are they selling. Yeah, yeah. Because if we're offering Scuba again to them, they're just going to be like, well, you. You priced out last time. So either we have to like, the order has to be confirmed or if it's not confirmed, then I don't know. Yeah, it's. I don't. Yeah. Okay. Okay. So again, here we are playing with the proportions. We have the updated elastic front Hem. We have the twist hero back piece as well. Then long sleeve but prop. So it's a mix of shapes that serves not just the messy customer, but also invites a slightly younger woman. And we just injected one Polo like a classic one. Could be used for golfing or just an everyday sort of a thing as well. Then slightly long line, sort of a shape, but wasted shirt, more of a technical. Some somewhere overlapping with casual. But then the trimming is such that it fits into the active category. I think that the zip one looks interesting on the. On the end. Yeah, that looks. That looks very. I'm not sure about that middle one, but I think that zip silhouette looks very commercial. We have that sample also ready. So some pieces started to flow in. We will be sharing that with you in a bit. We also picked up pieces while we were in China and we try to duplicate them in versions that feel fit for the customer. Like the first jacket, I think it's like Chloe inspired but an active take to it. We're doing this in translucent electric blue, which is going to be paired back the print that I was showing you. So cool take there. Then we have an on inspiration. This is again an ombre, sort of a print on a rooftop. Translucent again. And we have the trimming as you see on this is very metallic. Similarly, we're doing there as well. Yeah, that's very bad. And the pink Scuba that we are trying to do for Mountain, we have a version that feels fit in well. It's still in the kitchen, but I think we can still use it and we're doing it in this jacket. It also depends on the shape that you're doing. Sometimes you can get that extra sense when you're doing a shape like this might still fit. So I like the curved pockets and the balloon hem that you have here. And they're not lining. There's a different technique we're using for elastication. Sorry. I had taken them to get the video. And you guys see the camera. Can you see me as well? Yeah. So this is our sample that we made for the zip vest. Yeah, it's in like a Scuba. That's. That's a. That's really cute. This is our mock. Yeah, cute on. This is the new sort of like high density branding we've done for 11:10. This. I just put it there because I'm taking a video of the heat seal being applied. But this is kind of what. So we're doing like a first mock in the available fabric and then. Or not unavailable in the actual fabric and then Moving on to. Yeah, this is not. This is not. I think we look. No, this is heavy. This is the younger. And then same like for this, the black I was talking about. So same in the front and then just a little back. Gorgeous twist. And in the back. So it's. I don't. If you can see, but you've done a high density iridescent reflective. So it's. It's like that unicorn sort of a color, but it's. Yeah, very subtle. It just doesn't show generally. But only when the light falls. Yeah, it's really nice of that reflective coming through, isn't there? Yeah. And then same with the bottom. So we're doing shorts, leggings, a whole bunch. We've also like the trim. So this is like in a pink burgundy color. It's not really showing up so well. And again, iridescent. So we've tried to match as much as we can. The, like, the branding more to the garments so that they're a bit nicer to look at, you know? You know, you know the Scuba top that you've done with the Z. The. Gray one that you showed, which I absolutely love. Is there any other fabrics we could make that in? The really soft one. Because of the fabric price, I think. I think it would be great to send it. Let's do. I mean, we're not talking about fabric now, are we? Because we're talking about shape. So I don't want to kind of go off focus. But if. If Scuba is a potential issue in terms of price. I love that top. I think it's absolutely stunning. It would be good to almost show it in two fabrics. Do you know what I mean? If it works. Okay. This. This shape in two different fabrics? Yeah. Okay. This is. This is very stiff because it's a heavyweight and the proportion is a little short in crop. The one that we've done now, if I'm able to get to you by the end of this meeting, I'll share it with you. I think that looks more womanly. This is. It's less about the. The sample. I appreciate you're going to get that right. More. Okay. If. If we. If we don't get there on Scuba prices and if they love that shape, is there something else that can do a similar job that is that we could get in price for them that would have the same effect, you know? I understand what you mean. Yeah, sure. We can do something like that. Yeah. Be good to just have something. Is the fabric being used the same Suba fabric as last season? No, it's different. So is a, is there a big price difference in fabric or no? Yes, it does. Because when you do automatic heavy, when you're doing fall base, the rates are heavier so the consumptions more also get down into a spring way. It was a fabric price that was we, that was high for last season. Hear me out, hear me out, hear me out. When everything contributes to a price of a G going up. So sometimes during winter it goes heavier. So because of that the weight of the garment also increases. Right now in summer, what happens is when you're weight of the fabric decreases automatically, the fabric price also decreases along with the consumption. So it contributes to lowering accounts. Yeah, but we were three, four dollars out. Okay, let's revisit it later. Let's revisit it once we were involved. So I'm telling you. So I'm telling you what. He wasn't on the call, Arvind, but he had been looped in. He has, he has been aware from. Day one when we were doing fabric prices. He had been involved in the entire process. He knows what's happened. We don't need to fill him in again now. Okay. Anyway, absolutely. The crux of it is I love that top and I think there's definitely more in it. I think, you know, my view is that Scuba one might be a top end one is the thing that is more affordable but still gives it that structure that I know that it needs. To kind of, or maybe maybe more higher end retailers. So that's the thing. Like this range obviously is tailored to work mountain warehouse, but it's not like it's an SMS program that we've done for them. It's still a quite expansive, well thought out activewear range that can really be shown to anyone. It is indicative of our capability, of the kinds of fabrics we've used, of our design capability. And now moving forward, we're thinking planning of adding like when I went to China, there were a bunch of really, really high quality, very technical garments. So we're thinking of making copies of those. Right. To showcase that, listen, these garments, they retail for $100 per garment in China. But just to show that, listen, we can do this also wasn't a priority right now because we're trying to work within this mid to lower sort of price range environment because that's the kind of customer that we have right now. But doesn't mean that we can't. We will make a couple to show that, yes, you know what you want a really technical garment, we can do it. You want bonded seams everywhere. We can do it. But that. We're adding those later. Yeah, okay, cool. Yeah, understood. Yeah, I'm just gonna. This is one trim card that I want to show you. So this is that translucent blue. Lovely. Love the color. So it's like sheer. You just see my finger underneath it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And then this is how we've kind of. So we've. We zeroed down on what drinks you want to do. And then they came in from China, from Bangladesh, all died and everything. Now we've restricted, received everything and it's going into final sampling. So you have the little label, you have the stopper and the chord which is dotted and all that. So just showing. And how are we doing it? Let's go back to. So that was about the first sample that I was showing. The first jacket is coming in blue. Then we have these mid layers, which again, we are playing with wovens and knits here. There's a play of mesh paneling for more function. Then you have the updated necks, very clean. But then you have a slant zipper, slouchy hoodie. And then the pink jacket that you see towards the end, the fabric itself is wrinkled. Sort of a pink fabric. And we're doing this pink orange, sort of a whole capsule that is coming in as pop. Also, in terms of the tape branding and everything. Yeah. I think there's so much of that kind of gathered hem, isn't there, coming through? Whether it be the bubble one on the. On the top. Yeah. Section. Yeah. Or that one. There's a lot of that either sheared waistband with the gathering coming through or bubble and things. Think that look and the kind of cropped or kind of mid cropped silhouette. I think that they're going to be good, especially with the. With a set with a bottom. Looks good. Yep. Wait, sorry. Is this the microphone? That gray thing? So I'm not able to find the remote because then we can zoom in on the camera as well and. Okay, let me look. Yeah. I love the little cutout silhouette on that second one as well. Yeah, yeah, I love that too. And there's this huge tall zipper puller hanging. I love that little detail when you have cropped shapes. Then you have slinky long sleeves and things hanging around that whole. That adds to the whole drama, I. Guess, in that mid. In that mid layer section, you've got that third. The third and the sec. The third and the fourth image are probably more in line with Mountain Warehouse in terms of it being lead into mid price points. Isn't it the other. The others are more high end, I guess. Is there anything more? Yeah, this is more commercial. I agree with you. The third and fourth is more commercial. Yeah, sorry. Lulu sought inspirations. Yeah, that is, I guess my only comment is making. It's like if we're gonna say that, let's say I'm just talking purely for Mountain Warehouse and I appreciate your showing us the whole pack, which I'm really loving. But if we're talking Mountain Warehouse, we're probably saying that approximately 70% of it's going to be leading, 20% of it's going to be mid and 10% of it's going to be high. So it's just making sure that we've got enough options in that leading category to get them interested, isn't it? Yeah. I also feel that for the core lines that they have, the shapes pretty much remain the same. It's only about the play of fabric, which is true. I think we have plenty of shapes to show from men as well because they adapt across the categories and we can also show swatches for that for them to just, you know, throw in the. The same fabric into what they want to re buy or something like that. Yeah. So I think definitely when we're showing that Priyanka, and I'm sure you're probably gonna structure it that way, I think we should almost have. We should almost show. Show that separately. In terms of these are our move ons. In terms of. We suggest you'd move them on whether it be a slight detail or whether it be a new fabrication. So at least there's aware that we're focused on moving on those kind of core essentials and then we're showing them the new. If that makes sense. You know what I mean? So I think we, in the first meeting as well, we were on the same lines that we had a separate section of the core qualities that could be adopted. Yes. So what I think would be beneficial. Beneficial before our next meeting, just to sidetrack a bit. You know, last time we had we got together at the. We work. I think this time if we could go in with a little bit more time and meet you maybe like a day before and spend some good amount of time with you going through. Yeah, we'll bring everything, you know. Yeah. And then we can go through the three of us, what we have thought of. Yeah. And then your input on, okay, maybe this looks a bit more high end and maybe we shouldn't show this this time or maybe we should show this with this or maybe we should lead with this. I think that kind of planning can only happen if you are able to see and touch and feel the samples. Yeah, yeah. Digitally, I don't think it can. Digitally, I don't think it'll translate super well. But I definitely think that we need to have a bit of a longer planning time. Yeah, no, I'm happy to do it the day before. Sure. I think we, you know, the more time we can spend with it, the better. Right, yeah. And then also we can have a look at what's going to fit into the other retailers that we're gonna be messaging as well. Because some of this is going to fit the adenolas, the aloe yogas and people like that who are more high end. I think it's more high end. Sky. I don't think it's scamp. But anyway, let's see. Okay, then this next section is about sets that we're trying to create. The first is the print that we saw, the multicolor. Then you have a cargo utility detail set, knit in a woven situation. A three piece more to do with the. Something that we do with binder. Yeah, I love that. But the fabric this time is the hero. And the last bit that we see is a waffle and a rib combination. Texture. Yeah, I, I think, I think they're all really key and I think there's some, I think there's some good commercial buys in those as well. I think that obviously the, the sets, top and bottom, the first two obviously are commercial. We can get into price on those. I'm sure versions are. I think the car, I think the cargo details could be. If they saw those shorts, they could ask us to design into a pack that fits that in. You know, don't forget some of this is just going to be conversation as well. Doesn't all need to be done and dusted. I think it's important to show them. So Priyanka, is the cargo theme coming back for spring summer 27? Is that what you've been seeing? Utility is there. It's not going anywhere, but it's just evolving. Getting a little more edgier. Not so typical utility. But then your trims are updated, you have those classic matte silver things happening and then the shapes are a little more feminine and you pair it up with more gather and those sort of fixes so that it doesn't come across as very adventure. But yes, like a city sort of a situation. Yeah, agree. Something they can dress up or dress down. I think it's the placement of it isn't it? For sure. That makes it more interesting. Yeah. Then the last bit from women is the bottoms. And we did get an indication that they were focusing on leggings. So we're. We're playing. Of course, we have leggings in the sets as well. And here, what you see is a play of shapes, waistbands. You have a utility legging here. Then we have injected a Jacquard one as well with a hem detail. We have a slouch lounge pants. We have two woven bottoms. One is very slightly slouchy. The other that you see towards the end is more to do with cargo. Again, sits back with the same story. So when you present, you have a pair of leggings, which is cargo. You have a pair of shorts, a top tank, basically, and the full leg. What's the second. What's the second image on the leggings? Sorry. We put crosses there because this was an inspiration from something which was seamless. So we're not doing exactly this, but following the waist and the paneling from here. Okay. So we have a flare leg. We have three quarters also injected. In here we have utility. And we are playing with the waistbands. We have the fabric waistband, we have the elastic waistbands in the legging itself. And on the top that you see, those are. The first two are squats. One is a knit squad, the other is a woven utility one. Yeah. And of course, you have aloe, which is a must have. Yeah. Yeah. Then men's is a humble section. That's because you have a lot more. Yeah. But what we are doing is we have obviously pulled from, like, not only our production, but our SMS sampling from our men's department. And there's only, like, so much you can innovate. Like, they have the same shape, all of the garments. So we've pulled up interesting fabrics and interesting trims and stuff like that. But, yeah, I mean, no disrespect, but men are quite boring, aren't they? Yeah. The silhouettes don't change that much. No, the silhouettes don't change that much. I think it is fabrication. And I think, as we've said before, and I used that before, it is all these kind of reflective trims and the. Yeah, the zips, the kind of, you know, the finishing. And I think that's what sets it apart, isn't it? Yep. So we do have clean finishes. We have things with top stitches. I think the whole trend is going towards more clean. So that's what we're trying to incorporate here as well. Like Plastic snaps and all. Some things which are subtle, not so much in your face to have that premium classic V sort of a whole vibe. Yeah. I think the page itself explains it. Are we doing the draw cord thing? We probably might just pick up some bestseller of hurdley fabric and then do in this shape. I really like that draw. Yeah. Table. Yeah. Tucking in. We saw it also. We saw it in on. Right. No, me and you. When we were in London with Arvin. Okay, then. Yeah. And the last bit is this. This also is driven more towards functional utility. We're playing with proportions and shapes here. And this is all woven stack. So you have a jogger, you have a knee detail. Everyday pants. You have cargo and cargo running through pants and short sport, I think on bottoms. For me, it's just making sure that we do have those because these are lovely. They are quite fashion, I would say. I would just say it's important that we have those ones that are going to be ready for them to do their adventure, you know, because they are very kind of adventure focused. Whereas these are. Some of these are really quite fashion. That first one's very fashioned. Your third one's very fashion. And it's just making sure that we've got that. Those kind of more basic. So our core is going to come. We do, we do, we do. Core is coming from early. They do. They do so much of those hybrid pants, the walk shorts, a lot of things. Technical fans, they do have. I would just. Everything that you can think of, I would just put some of those onto the board. The same as the other ones. I would just put some of those kind of items visually in there for them to look at. So they know that you're looking at that as part of the collection. Oh, yes. She's saying present on the board. To have those items on the board as well. Okay. So. You'Ve got some. You've got something happening with your. Oh, it's better now. Couldn't hear you then. Sorry, sorry. I was putting my kettle on and making a teeth. Oh, it was you. Okay, sorry. Yeah, I would just put some of those on the boards because I know, you know, you've got those other items, but I think just to show them that you've got the diversity of the really kind of more basic adventure styles and you've got the faction. That'd be my feedback. I think you should. But this. Yes, That's pretty much it. So, Priyanka, everything looks good. Is this all going to be like put in a product presentation pack that. We can present no, no, we're hand carrying this and presenting. No, because I'm just thinking in general because now my mind is shifting from Mountain Warehouse to other retailers that we're going to potentially target. So I'm thinking that if we put. If this is specifically for spring, summer 26, 7, and it's Caterpillar 2 Mountain Warehouse. But if we're looking at an overall, there's a big picture where we can pitch it to other retailers in the UK. Right. So this is spring, summer 27. This is what we've. We've done. We've got these silhouettes. You can make it in a product presentation for us to send to other retailers as well. Because we're going to need some product presentation packs, newness. And this is fresh. This is new to senior. Of course, we will make. Thinking in my head with these garments, they're just not in the next one or two weeks, you know. Yeah, they're still in the kitchen, like I said. Yeah, no, I know, but I'm. I understand that. But what I'm saying, certainly what you're saying is totally making sense. We definitely should have a pack like we always do. We'll work on that once we have the samples and let's see what dates we're getting for the meeting, how much time that allows us. Or this can happen in the background and we can send it out to you a little later. Steph. Sending out product presentations to the buyers because. To the new retailers, because we want to start getting that moving quite quick. Trust me. I'd like to do this today, but I need to have garments in my hand to put this presentation together. Okay. Yeah, I think, I think when we're sending it out to new people, I think to show them your inspiration boards in terms of direction and showing some real samples is going to be. That's what captures people. Because anyway, without. This isn't being said in any disrespect, Priyanka, but anyone can do design boards. I know they can't, but, you know, I mean, as in we want to show them. I don't mean it like that, but as in we want to show them the direction and we want to show them samples as well, because people are going to love to see the actual real development samples. Well, aren't they? I think. And we're not just making one sample, we're making a couple of samples. We'll bring two sets and leave a set as well if need be, so that we don't have to like lug it behind back every time. So yeah, all of that is happening in the background. We'll make a project product presentation. We'll do a tailored SS27 presentation as well as well, I think that's a good idea. Can be good for whoever we're trying to meet. So realistically, Steph, based on all this, when do you think you'll be able to start sending packs? Also, there was something about the company profile that you wanted to discuss. So in terms of sending packs to new retailers as opposed to Mountain Warehouse, put one Mountain Warehouse to the site. Because Mountain Warehouse is an account we're working with. It's developed. This is going to be for them in the meeting. But going forward, sending packs to retailers, when do you think you'll be able to do that? And plus, there was something about the company profile. We've just. We've just discussed that when the guys are ready, that's when we'll have the pack. So February. So let's just be so like first week of February. Ish. Can I ask you something here? No, not first week of February. At least third week of February or end of February because most of us are traveling the first two weeks of February and then all the compilation will help. Towards the end of February we will have the samples ready by the target. To have the samples ready is by in Jan. And once the samples are ready, take some time for these guys to imagine how should it be portrayed, how what should be done, what should not be done. I think most of the February will go in organizing it. Correct me if I'm wrong, guys. I agree. I also have a question. The retailers that we previously discussed, I do not know whom we are trying to reach now, but not everybody needs athleisure. So we can use the packs that we already have. This is the only athleisure that we are working on. Yes. So we sent a strategy that we are. My understanding from Arnavi is that for targeting other customers, what we are waiting for is the website to be online and for the samples getting. And once we have the samples is one part. Having the website is another part. Having the profile is another part. So we working parallel on all of these activities and most of them are targeted to finish by end of Jan. But you know how government goes. Things like they don't come up, they come forward. Yeah. So I think, I think. And the presentation all can only be touched or talked about once everything is ready. You can see everything in front of you. You know, it's not possible to be done in, from. From. From pictures or from the samples which are being made or from mock samples, realistically, most of the Feb will go. Yeah. So basically we obviously, we want to start contacting people. The sooner we contact people the better because obviously we want to start pushing because we want to start creating some impact so we can make some meetings. So then the next time we come to see Mountain Warehouse with the full collection, after we've got their buy in their developments, that second time you come, then hopefully we can have some appointments as well. So from my point of view, having your company profile and your website sort of brilliant, because that's the thing that's really going to make the difference to new, you know, the new people they want to see that were who we are and what we do. The packs that we've done previously, Priyanka, it might be worth us having a separate meeting to go through that, just to check is there any new input we want to put into those in the categories. Because you did separate, didn't you? You did like a high end Athleisure and you did a kind of more lead in. Right. Previously. So what I shared with you previously, as far as I remember, it had all the categories, not just Athleisure, if you want to revisit, so we can certainly do that. But because we had seen and we had froze onto that presentation like, no, no further work was then expected. We can revisit if you need to. But my only point is that there might be some new season stuff you want to put in there. Because when we did that, that was about five months ago, right? Four months ago. So my point of view is if we said, if we're sending you packs, I'm just saying we should revisit and maybe there's some newness that you want to put in there in terms of direction. No. So what are you talking about? The packs that we did? I did not understand. I did not understand. Priyanka did some packs for us a while back, maybe, I don't know, three months ago, four months ago. I can't remember how long ago it was. Three months. Yeah. Which we could, we could. She did some presentation, presentations of product and product that you guys have done and direction, which of course we can send to new people. But I'm just saying prank, I might want to review those and add some of this new direction into it because I think it's key to be sending things that are relevant and kind of, you know, fresh in people's minds. Because obviously Priyanka's done all this work with this new direction. And you silhouettes and some of that's going to be relevant to put in the packs. That's all I'm saying things that things will have changed. Things will have changed. Correct. Correct. Correct. Correct, Correct. And then we can send that. Then we don't. Then we don't need to wait for all the samples. We can send that as a first off and then by the time we're starting to have conversations then your development will be done. Which then when the girls have put together the packs which have got the images of the products and then we can send that as a, a second email rather than holding off and not sending anything until February, which feels a bit of a. A long way after to be trying to contact people. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Sure. You agree, you don't have to. No, I think it's good. The packs are. We can. I got, I got, I got the overall just idea and kind of the overall idea I can't. I'm. I'm. I'm okay with but in detail. It's the ladies games. So I mean basically what the what what we have presented earlier, you want Priyanka to have a look at it and you know, just refresh it and give it a new look. That's it. Have few take out few so that it, it looks fresh when it. We are not forwarding the same thing which we forwarded last time. Yeah. And I think if there's anything new that's kind of, you know, a big direction that's coming through. All those gorgeous designs that you've got in there. Priyanka, I don't think it's gonna harm us putting some of that, just put some of that newness in. That's all. It's not doing a whole new pack. It's just taking a few things out and putting a few things new things in just to give it a bit. Of a refresh so that we seem we add on to the ecclesia or everything. I think you know the packs that stuff has been sending, she's been sending. Because I clicked on one of your emails. Sorry. I think we covered most of it. Right guys, I need to leave. I speak to you a little later. I have another meeting I need to get into. Good seeing you guys. Bye. Bye. Because I clicked on one of Steph's emails recently, she's basically sending across men's, women's and kids. Yeah. So those three packs that she's sending we've taken so many images for from birthday, from Scotch. Just update a little bit like colors have Changed. Silhouettes have changed. New stuff has come in, stuff we like. You know, it would be nice for me to understand who we are targeting to send it to now so I can tailor the. I think still keep it general. Just get general. But an update it can work for, for example, when we're sending to other people as well, whoever. See how I want you to send it, whatever it is. Right. If it's just a little more relevant to today. Okay. We can talk, we can discuss. Yeah, we can have another meeting on this. Like what's today? Today's Thursday. But maybe at the beginning of next week we can just have a call to go through the. I don't know how you guys are for time and things like this because then Steph, what is your see, what is Steph's target in terms of sending company profile. I mean presentations out next week, the week after, like. Sorry, sorry. No, no, you go. No, no, you go, you go, you go. I. I was just saying the target is to just. Yeah, obviously we want to engage with people as soon as we can engage with people. The company profile and website piece I think is the big thing. Because for me it's. We want best foot forward. We want to. You know, first impressions count. For me, that, that's. That's a biggie. And then I think with these packs that we're doing, surely they would just naturally keep on getting updated with. With newness that's already been, you know, worked on and developed. Okay. Okay. No, I was referring to Erwin's request for a follow up on this. I think the next. You guys have a general idea of what we are doing, what we are. And in general terms, you guys believe that we are on the right track. And I think now we should have the next meeting when our things are more or less ready. You know, I don't think so. Next week we will have anything ready. These guys will be rushing on the sandals and whatever compilation they were doing. Let's reconvene after two weeks instead of one week because I know for sure that these guys would be running Mac you. There would not be much to show next week. So if you really do want to have a review of what we are doing, what we are not doing, let's do it on. Let's do it on two weeks. Let's do it in two weeks time so that we have something more solid. Okay. And then I think that the. The big thing for me, unless you. Guys have some question. Unless you have but have some questions which you want to check that you can do anytime. Anyways, sorry. Yes. My big thing is we is just have making sure. And I know you're going to do it pranka like you did last time, and I know you said at the beginning of the meeting you were going to do it, but I think for this meeting with Mountain Warehouse, fabric is going to be their very key focus. So it's obviously showing all that innovation and, you know, the kind of features and benefits of the fabrics and the kind of technical sides of them, which is brilliant. And I know you've worked hard on that and you've, you know, been sourcing it, but it's also showing them. It's having those categorized in that leading mid and high price bracket. I think for me, that that's a really big piece of work in terms of not just showing them gorgeousness, but showing them that it's afford. The affordability piece as well, I think is something that they're gonna have. We have worked on it. Don't worry. They have been given a target on what kind of fabrics and silhouettes they needed. I've had a tussle with Priyanka as well to tone down the styles, not to have too many la la. Because unfortunately the customer is. Has a target or anything. I mean, when it started, when she made all these things, I did went through it. I took out quite a few of the jackets I took out because they were. I mean, I don't think so. I mean, they were so too high. Fi wanted to be. I mean, for it to be purchased by us, by me also, you know. Yeah. So. But yes, what Anavi is saying, she's kept one or two, two, three of them simplified to whatever extent it can be simplified in. And we have taken some action. We have taken some actions that. The pricing will. The pricing work will start from the coming week and we will start working on that. We have a pretty good idea what kind of targets they are looking for, and we will try our best to, you know, be in that range. Okay, sounds like a plan. I know you guys are on it. It's just ask. It's just asking those questions. I think I'm gonna chase Laura again today. Just. I'm gonna wait till kind of the back end of the day and just say, hey, Laura, you got. Did you get my email? We really want to get a date in because they just love to ignore those emails about setting up meetings. I'm just gonna keep on top of it because I think the sooner we know, the better. When you request for the meeting. Yeah. Now that we're already seeing sitting on January 15th. Yes. If we can get a meeting with them after February 13th. Okay. In that week that would be best. And if not, like if they want to do it earlier then in February would be best because then we will be most optimally prepared in terms of samples. Yeah, no problem. Yeah. Third week of February is our personal request as we have a lot of work travel until that second week, that second week of February's elections. Okay. In Bangladesh. So it's a bit tight and scattered and it'll just be easier for us to travel. Makes sense. Okay, no problem. Okay. I'll resend that email and I'll put that request in there and then I 100. Agreed. Let's get a good day for us all together to. To go through the product, to really kind of go through it and not, not in a, not in a mad rush like we did last time and yeah. Spend some kind of quality time together and then we can discuss those other retailers as well and we can say this isn't right for this customer, but it's right for that. And then I think spending that time with you, Priyanka, will be really worthwhile. When we're talking about some of the people that we're contacting and what their kind of focus is as well. I think that'd be really useful. Can I ask a question? Do you do in terms of other categories? So obviously we want to see who else we can see in Mountain Warehouse. I think that's important. Or the categories that. That they deal with that were not of those buyers that were not currently seen. So that, that's. Obviously I put that on the agenda to them anyway. But in terms of other categories that you do well for other people that you haven't necessarily shown us in abundance. What else is that. Is there that you do like you do a lot of shirtings, don't you, for men's. What you can do. What I would suggest is not to make a range on this. Whatever SMS we have done for our existing customers, you should have a snapshot of those that this is what we are doing. You know, get whatever you've done for scotch and so like kids, Curly Scott and Ted Breaker, man, you said, you know, get us booklet done. That gives a, that gives a decent profile to the company that this is what they're doing already and this is what they want to. This is what they suggest for you and it only builds up our profile in that case. Yeah. Because what I can do immediately is because we have these pictures so What I can do is I can put. I can pull from there and I can put together a sort of, like, rough deck of SMS that we've done over the last two to four seasons. And I'll send them over to you. Yeah. And then you can further choose what styles you think are appropriate, like, what looks good, what doesn't look good, what is outdated, what is still quite current. And then from there we can move forward and make a broader product presentation, company profile or, like. Because it also add them into the product. It also might. Let's say you send this through. It might be something that just clicks our brains and thinking, oh, my goodness, there's another retailer that this really fits into as well that we haven't already thought of. Do you know what I mean? Because I think we're so focused into doing what we're doing, and those versions off, there might be someone else that we. When we see the product, that we think, you know what, we've got another idea of who we can send it to and what about. So you do, obviously, the Sheratons and parts of things. Do you do any beach? We do men's Zwim and then we do those sun shirts. We've done one. We've done a little bit of women's swim, but not very much so. Because on the beach, in the swim and the kind of more active swim, the rash fest and that kind of thing. I haven't. There wasn't much of that in that pack. I know that was very activewear focused. But is there anything you've done on that that we can be showing them in this meeting? Because I think it's important that we show them. We showed them the brash cards and stuff. No pack of two and all that we carry. Yeah. But maybe we didn't quite get to. So it's all. They are not prepared for beach stuff. No, no. My suggestion would be that they are not prepared for beach right now. We won't be able to get the fabrics and the styling and everything in time enough. Best would. Yeah, you can have a presentation like that. No, but they wouldn't have the samples. No, but that's fine. But I think we should. But I think we should take. I think, Priyanka, we should be taking this with us. I know you've got it in your packs that we've, you know, that we can send out, but I think it's important to show this in the meeting as well. We definitely will bring these. Yeah. So it's mainly meant. Yeah. Any kids as well. Some kids. You will have a navy Puma would have. Yeah. So I. I would bring this PA Because I love that. And I think that's. For me, that is so commercial. So easy. Obviously something that you can do really well. And I think that's. Aside from that, activewear. For me, that's money. That is easy. Easy buy. That would fit into supermarkets. You know, that's a. Obviously big, big fishing. So definitely those packs. Bring some products into those other categories as well. I would say not. Not new development, just things that you've done before, you know. And kids. I think there's a big mountain warehouse kids department as well. If we also show kids. I mean, it's showing. We're showing across categories. They usually just do versions of. Though I've been on the kids. The min. They have a big kids department also. I've seen it in school. They do, but they. I think they've done some girls as well. Not gonna go and find out. So these. So these are all in the packs that you've already sent us, aren't they? Yes. Yeah. But I would just like that beach elements, the shirts, the shorts, that kind of thing. I would definitely bring. Bring some of that with as well, please. The kids looks very good as well. Yeah, it does. The scotch and soda. Are you doing kids for Scott? Yeah, yeah, it looks great. Because I wouldn't want to miss out on any of that. I think you do a great job on that. And I think the boards look strong. So I would just bring some product that. Like this right hand side. Oh, go back. Yeah, sorry. That right hand side looks so strong. So even if it is last season's product. Doesn't matter. Bring it with. Show what you've done. Yeah. And I think it just opens a conversation. So it's not just the new developments. Let's take some, you know, production and these boards with as well. And also I think we do have the advantage that America works seasons ahead of you. Agreed. Totally agree. Totally agree. And I think that these guys are all looking at the US Brands anyway for inspiration. So I think it's really important. And like you say, you've already done it. This is done and dusted. Right. The UK is more reactive. Really good. Sorry. UK is more reactive. They buy closer to season. Yeah. Okay. Looks good. Thank you so much. And see how hard you've worked. Appreciate it. Okay. But Steph, you also. Can I just say something regarding the company profile? I think we haven't. Was there something that you had regarding points regarding company profile because you had Mentioned something about the company profile needed to be a bit better. Along those lines. I think you guys have been working on it though, haven't you? So we're just finalizing, like I think I had shown you what I had worked on so far. So we've moved on from there. We've made some changes. We showed the management just like editing stuff, but the structure is relatively the same. And this week what we've been doing is we've been taking content shots. Right. So our own sample section, our own showroom. I've convinced to put his own picture on our website so that people, he's the gentleman is actually here today. So we've been going department to department. He'll put that stuff together. And mid next week is my aim to push the website live because the structural work is already done, the content is done. The person that we've hired to do our website, he's also. What he's done is he's taken like flat lays of our garments and with AI, he's generated them onto models for the portfolio section. And it looks fantastic. Like it looks great. So it's all in the works. Should take, not too much. It's like in the end bits now. Yeah. Because I think personalizing it, I know we've discussed it before. I think personalizing it is so important, you know, showing some faces of the, you know, the history or the people that work, that sharing your own products and giving it that kind of, you know, elevated flavor will just really set you apart. And I know it feels like a small thing because like they know what we do, but it's just, you know, any extra push is. Is going to make that a big difference, I think. I know you've shared the stuff with stuff regarding company profile. Haven't seen any of it. Is it okay if you can share it with me as well, please? Well, the company profile is the same, Marvin. It's the website. I'm redoing the website. Oh. But was there a different step with a company profile on the website? Because we're going to send the buyers a company profile. The company profile is the same as what you have been sending the little flyer teaser in the email. I haven't changed that. Are we okay with that? Well, we'll just send them the link to the website, right? Can't we? When the website works being done, we send them the link to the. To the website, which is the company profile. Correct. Okay. All right. Okay. So that was, that was the thing. So the flyer thing, you'll attach as well, and the link with the website. Basically it's whether we need the flyer once the. Once the website's done and we're happy with it. Do you need the flyer? I mean, that's up to you, right? That's up to whoever is contacting the. Or who we're contacting. Like, I know in, for example, Dr. Sir, he's not clicking on any link when he opens the email, you know, but if there's like a bit of a bright image or multiverse as well, there's a brighter image in the thing that draws the eye. So I think it. But whereas, like, if someone sent me an email and they were like, oh, this is our website, that's where I would click first. So I think that's completely up to you guys, who you're contacting, what their demographic is, like, whether you think the image. The email template is there. So whether you think the image needs to be in the website or not in the website. I've also gone ahead and, like, created three different, like, Intro to Victory Time, like text blocks. They're not very big, but just so that if we. Whoever it is, needs to send an email a bit to then edit off of if you so wish, or use as is if you wish, just so that that information is there so that it's easier to put together, send out whatever structure. However, I don't think, Steph, you were happy with the literature in the, in the, in the comp. In that little thing. I need to look at it again. I need to look again. To be fair, it was the. It was the. It was. The online presentation was the biggie. Because I don't think that we were coming across. It didn't reflect what you were doing in terms of product. For me, it was the. Was the biggie. It didn't flow. The. The product wasn't reflective of what we were showing. We weren't shouting about the fact that we were doing men's kids and women's. You know, we weren't showing our. The big flavor. I'll have to have a look at that flyer again and have a little nose. Have a look at this. The flyer also. Can we just share that with him? Bianca will share with you the flyer. Okay. She'll reshare it with you guys. She edits them as like for the customer. Right. So there's one that has like a lady in a ground on it. There's one with like an active. I'm going to share the Google Slides with them so then they can download. Okay. Yeah. And they can pick and choose as per who they want to send it to. And then I also share my Google Doc with them of where I've done the kind of. I've rewritten the, the text. Yeah, send those both over on email and we can have a little look and come back on that. Yeah, so we'll send all of that stuff through to you guys and yeah, website, honestly, we could push the website now. It has like generic images, pictures. That's it.
