Hello. Hi. Hello. How are you? Hi, guys. Hello. Okay, thanks. Yeah, yeah. Thank you for joining at such short notice. It's okay. On holiday today. Um, but yeah, I just wanted to catch up on some of the programs that I was costing with you. Um, and then Beth's back tomorrow, so she can come back on those ones tomorrow. Um, but yeah, I will share the. Costing tracker which I sent to you and we can just work through that together. We're all missing Rachel Reeves right now. At 12:30, she's going to announce the budget. Okay. Okay. Can you guys all see this? Okay. Yep, yep. Yeah, just for your reference, I look after. So me and Beth are both on. The knitted team, but I look after hoodies and sweats. So within hoodies and sweats, it sits. It's got hoodies, sweats and joggers. So that's what I look after. And then Beth looks after the more. Active side of things. So active T shirts, mid layers and things like that. So. Yeah. So I know I sent you my Crossing tracker just this morning, so you. Might not have had a chance to. Review it yet so we can go through this together. Okay. So for the first style, we've got. The women's travel scuba hoodie. So I know you sent us a proto sample of this a while ago. And it's just based off our scuba quality. Your current price was a little bit high. So I took Laura through prices this morning and I've just added in some targets. So if we could just work out how close we can get to these. Today, that'll be great. Just because we're signing off margin very soon. So would you be able to bring. This one down at all? Closer to our target of $7? I think we just got this Excel about a couple of hours back, right? Yeah, yeah, no, sorry, I know you haven't had. I will have to run through this costing in detail. It'll take a little bit of time, but I think we cost somewhere in the range of 10 plus. Right. Yeah. So coming down to seven would be a little bit difficult, would be quite impossible. But you run through the program, run through your comments and then let me. I will rework with the team and get back to you with the. What is the best that we can do? Okay, amazing. Thank you. Do you think. Because earlier we had. What? What my understanding is earlier what we prices we quoted, we quoted on 10, 000 pieces to a style. Now these are weird quoted. When did we. Yeah, 19. After 19 before. Somewhere around the 19th of November we got it. So now these quantities are much lower than what we were anticipating or what we did the pricing on. We mentioned our MOQ there. So with the reduction of quantity and a reduction of price, that Sam is going to be very tough. Yeah, yeah. So whenever we put it in a new style, our sort of standard MOQ is always about th.000. Some of these are slightly higher. But yeah, a standard MOQ for us would always be a thousand units. Yeah, we'd never really go near 10,000. Unless it's these,000 units are going to be one color. Right. Not two, three colors. So for the first one. Sorry, let me just share my screen again. For the women's scuba hoodie, we're doing that in two colors. So you mean to say all of them are new styles? Yes. So these are ones that you've developed for us before. It's just the costings that need a little bit more work. Okay. Right. Just a bit of a clarification question. On your chart, it's the same garment twice, right? It's the queer twice. So the quantity you've put is a thousand pieces. It's a thousand pieces across two colors or in each color because there's jet black and hydro. Right? Yes. So this one will be across two colors. So we're booking two colors. We're booking the tealy color which is the hydro pantone and we're booking a jet black. So it'll be thousand units per color. So yeah, 2,000 units. Quantity on this one. Okay. And then. Yeah, I think. And then can you just double check? I think this was costed on a men's block before. So I just want to double check that the costing is based off of the women's spec. So I checked the sample and it was. It looked like it was on the men's spec. So if I thought if I resend. You the women's spec, are you okay. Just to make sure that's included on your costing as well? Yes, that's okay. Thank you. So, yeah, if you could work on that on me today. I've got a quiet turnaround now to get my costings back for next week. That's our final margin sign off on Tuesday. So yeah, appreciate it's quite a tight turnaround. So if you could send them by. Tomorrow, do you think that would be workable? Yes, tomorrow your morning time should be workable for us because we're quite a bit ahead of you. So we'll get our morning. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. But yeah, we do just really need to get down to these Targets just where. Yeah, they're going to be really tough to sign off anything higher than this. And I'm costing these with our current Scuba supplier as well. But obviously we really wanted to give you the opportunity where you've already sourced. The fabric for us. Okay. And then the second one is the Scuba jogger. So again, same fabric that you developed. So we're booking two colorways of this. So it's 1700 on the black and then it's a thousand on second color. And now I've given you a target of $7 and then the PK hoodie. So I know you're also costing a. T shirt in the same fabric as. Well for this one, aren't you? So it will be shared fabric. So for the hoodie, we're planning to. Book a thousand of on two colorways. So 2,000 total. So again, the target here is about $7. And then also for the costing, are you able to just cost it based on the actual spec of the sample? I think originally I sent you a. Spec which we use on other animal. Styles, but Laura said it's fine just. To cost as per the. The proto sample you sent us. Okay, yeah. Put all those comments in there. Thank you. And then we've got the Travel Crop sweatshirt. I don't think I had a price from you on this one, so I just need to see a price on this one. The harem pant will delete this one. For now and just focus on the animal styles. And then the final one, Sorry, this wasn't on the tracker when I sent it to you, but we're doing a. Men'S jogger as well. This will be in the same scuba fabric. So fabric's already been sourced. It's just a men's version. So would you be able to give me a cost for this as well. Tomorrow if I send you a spec to follow after this meeting? Yes, it's like. Okay, thank you. So just same fabric. That'd be great. These black ones are the new ones which just. Just been added. I don't have them in my printout. Yes, yeah. Yes, I have. So I'll send this over to you now. But yeah, it will be the same fabric, but yeah, I just need a. Cost on the men's jogger as well. Okay, yeah, sorry, Sam, give me one second. The. Yeah, the long sleeve crewneck. If you go up a little bit. What was the target that you are looking at for this style? Because I think we had. We had cost it for you at I think 8.70. With a recycled yarn and $8.40 in a non recycled yarn. Okay. I have a lot of background. That's okay. Do you think we could get to about $7.50 and that's based off regular, non recycled. Okay. We can make an effort. I'm just going to make a note of that. Thank you. I'll send this over to you as well. So you've got that organic. Organic lens. Just a second. But yeah, okay, if you. That would be great if you could rework those prices and then really appreciate. Your support to get to get to our targets. Just where we're quite close to sign. Off now and obviously we really wanted to move some of this program to you. So yeah, it'd be really great if. You could meet those targets based on the quantities. Okay. Yeah. Is that, is everything clear? I'll send the tracker now with the. Last men's jobber as well and the spec for that. Yeah. Did you have any other questions, Sam? Just where you're saying. Oh, sorry. Yeah, go ahead, Steph, go ahead. I was just, I was just saying just for my knowledge. Or on where you're. Where you're saying that you're trying these new styles and obviously they're low quantities like the thousand 1700. What you know, as it were. Yeah. What then, what then happens? Let's say you get this, these styles in, you have success with them. Then, then what is your next step and plan with the, with these new styles? How does it work? Yeah, so we definitely will review the next season. So this has been booked for autumn 26. We'll review the sales when we're booking it next season and if we have a good read on it, there's definitely potential. The quantity a thousand is like the smallest will ever book. But yeah, if it performs well, there's always opportunity to grow the quantity next year. Yeah, a thousand is kind of like a starting point for an moq. And then we'll also review throughout the season if something was doing amazing. Occasionally there would be top up orders that happened if it was going to sell through. Um, but yeah, there's definitely potential. The Scuba program as well has grown. It was introduced for SS26 and we only had. We only had a full zip and then one women's sweatshirt. So it has grown a lot already. They're really liking the new scuba fabric. So it is definitely an area of. Growth where we're trying to grow our. Sort of like travel lounge range within the animal brand. So. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. But yeah, is that everything from Your. Your guys side, I think. Yes, for now. I. We need to study it a bit and. Okay. Yeah. And then figure out how to make it what we can do. Have a chat with the mill, have a chat with the factory. Thank you. See what can be done and where we can reach and where we cannot reach. Okay, thank you. Yeah, yeah, really appreciate your support. If we can get there, just because. Yeah, I've got my sign off with Laura. I'm taking Laura through prices tomorrow. So yeah, if you could send tomorrow, that'd be great. Thank you. We can, we can definitely give it a shot. Thank you. Okay. Sam, do you know if at all Laura had anything that she wanted to discuss with us? Or was it just. Was it this? Yeah, I think it was just these costings. Okay. She's just in another meeting. Yeah. So I'll just double check the email. But I think it was just to. Go through these costings because I went. Through with her this morning. Perfect. Yeah. And then if you have some lines. With Beth, she can. She'll come back to you tomorrow. Okay. And when she's back from her holiday. Yeah, okay. Thank you for joining at short notice again. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So I will wait for the revised Excel. Right, yeah, I'll send that over to you now. Yeah, and the specs as well. Yes, of course. I'll send that over now. Thank you. Thank you. All right, thank you. Bye. Bye.
