Need to agree to support us for XYZ quantity or whatever, dinner, drinks, whatever needs to happen, it needs to happen because clearly like the people we're talking to currently don't have that authorization. And until it gets to the point where Bethany and Laura and the team that we're currently working with have like us enough to advocate for us, we will need that higher up person who's advocating for us. She was like, yeah, I'm going to send a one to one email SL message to kill today outlining the same that hi, I want to meet you. You need to be in the meetings and we want to take you out to dinner. And what was Mr. Arvin's contribution? Nothing special. Just he was there, he said just. General two days, the day before yesterday, I think he, he made me talk to Maria also. He had, he had gone and to, to meet her and he called me from there that can you speak to Maria? I said yeah, why not? And I said, hi, hello, how are you? How should we go about it? Let's move on one by one. No problem. Take your time. Okay. Is Priyanka also in this call? Priyanka joins this call. If she doesn't, no, but I can ask her to join if you'd like. She's right here. Was any. There is discussion on this, the product that we're going to show in number. Can you ask Priyanka to come also? Yeah. Bianca, can you join please? What is called thank you. Yeah. So that means that Bianca is here now. The direction that that customer is giving you about sustainability and things like that. So in your stuff, what are, what are you, what are you, what, what, what product you're carrying which is towards sustainability other than recycled polyester? Majority of it is polyester and we're just calling it as recycled polyester. Did not in particular carrying anything other than life which is sustainable because majority is polyester. They want to see things which are going towards sustainability. So where do we come in there? What are you doing? Honestly, this requirement of theirs has come to us hate. But when they are talking about sustainable and within the price range that they want the garment, we cannot really offer them wool. We cannot really offer them the new fancy sustainable blends that we saw. Yeah, Serona or any of that that we saw in China right now. We can work towards organic cotton, we can work towards recycled polyester. That's what is within their price range currently. Would you disagree? Did we get there? I, I have a suggestion. Did we get this scuba yet? No, we haven't even gotten the airway bill number yet. So that's something which we should choose source watch without anything, without any prior information. So now that is a lensing model. So if they are looking at those kind of stuff, we have enough. We can carry swatches which are sustainable. More in terms of fiber point of. View. Can always show all that as a sustainable and then give a price idea on a garment based on that and say that if you make this body in this particular fabric, this is what the price comes out to be. If you make it in this, this is more sustainable. But then this is what the price is going to look and it comes with a certification. So that approach can always be. We can always work on that approach because we have quite a few fabrics in stock here also which we can move towards the sustainable claim. That's why I was asking did we get this Kuba? Because I just wanted to see what they've sent, which they are from their end, what they're looking at pushing to what level of sustainable price points. So we have some kind of benchmark price point. Price point. Buying structure. This is where the market is moving. But are you at a price point to be buying it? And if they are going to be buying only for EMS and animal, our quantities are never going to go up. So we have to move towards that. We have to attack it in that manner. Yes, Sustainability recycle. Just level buying, price level pay sustainable. But the sustainable factor would be recycled polyester. Same since most of your like regular. If you move towards a more sustainable, your price points will increase to this level. So we have to present it in that manner. Correct. Animal, ems. Quantity. Quantity, buddy. Quantity. Eastern mountains, Mountain west. Exactly. So for that. That's. That's what I. We had just discussed some time back then. So let us. We'll work towards that and let. Organic cotton. Correct. So India cotton, bamboo. We can carry. There's a whole, like a whole section that you can present. This is what it is. This is where the sustainability is coming from. Right from the D. Yeah. 10th, 11th or 12th. Okay. This is where it is going and this is the kind of product we intend carrying. Price point. I don't think. Yeah, I carried a couple of pieces. I carried the whole board. Also the sustainability process mentioned. With two suppliers. And the Indian job. So we carried all of that. You have to start from there. We can. We can do a team now. We're still gathering all of the materials and this India conversation has happened today. Let us get together and work on a game plan on how and what fabrics and what we want to pitch to them. We'll get back to you. Okay. Okay. Next. What is happening? What is Zia. What is happening in your front? What is update. The fabric swatches they. Received yesterday last night and we're waiting for the comments. The USA customer and the top it up, the Peru customer. I just sent the email today with their presentation. So I'm. I'll see the feedback then I'll connect with the design and RNAB or other people also. And did I get. Did I get a CC of the. Of the. Did I get a CC of the email that you sent? The. The email sent. I sent today only myself. I didn't connect. I first. If I get the initial feedback then I'll connect all of you. And for Canada, I am gathering some contact information for different brands. So maybe by next week I'll have a list. If you want I can forward the email to you now. But at the beginning I thought let me get the feedback first, then I'll connect all of you. Do you send me and Madhukar and Arnavi the email that you've sent so you know what you've sent? What is the content? Who did you make the content of the email on your own or you took somebody's help? No, no, no. It's. I think Mr. Mohit. I just forward that to them. Nothing else here. Okay, just send me Madhukar and Arnavi. What mail that you sent? Yeah. Okay, I'm parting it to you. We have stock email template which I believe everyone is using. Okay, good. Mr. Asheshwar is here. Hello. That German guy we had a conversation with. Discuss Kuchniki. Yeah, let him. Let Asheshwar forward that email right into him first today with an introductory email. The same way that Zia is written. The same way Asheshwar will write to Castle and then we'll let him gather it, assimilate his the information, let him run through it and then we'll touch base again. Let him let Asheshwar write that email first. Presentation and facility. Bangladesh, India, Cambodia and all Description. One minute, one minute, one minute. You received that. I have received. Has our decks. Is it a very big file? No, it shouldn't be a very big file. The links will be heavy. Yes, five will not. The mail itself is very small. Mail is very small. The link once you open it will be very heavy because that's got product decks on it. Attachment.mso. actually attachment. And then he will tell us based on our capabilities what kind of customers can he connect us to. Right? Right, sir, Right. Or plus what is the deal? How will he handle it? What is like after you had signed off I was telling him that we should align with a midterm and a long term strategy. So what would be the midterm strategy? What would be the emollients that you would want? How it makes it worthwhile for both of us. What's up? Discussion work after you had left. So he has to come back in depth based on that. So for him to come back in depth we have to give him in depth details about us which we. Does it show only Bangladesh production or shows India production? Also it's product. It's not. It's everything. It has India. It has India product in it also. All right. So now with this. You know there is a agreement now the product from India is duty free to all of you. But yeah implementation will take 27. So. In the sense presentation maybe you and you and we can have a conversation with Karan and see whatever. Whatever what he has in his situation. If you. If you can kind of incorporate that in your lineup also because. I have seen, I have. I have seen his product. I have taken his product presentations from his product presentations also I have taken some stuff which Priyanka has adopted. Sampling is no issue out of India. Let's see what his response is. Secondly though Asheshwar job now that if this team is going to uk what you. You were also talking about some UK situation. The people there or some agent there or whatever. So what is that? That something that this team can go and meet and check when they go. They are there for they will. If they go they. They should be there for the whole week. If they go that week, they will be there for that week. And now we remember to call me after this, huh? Okay. There was this email from Arnavi did which they forwarded you that email. Mohit from ar. I have no. Recap. Did we finally find. No. Okay, so can you forward this email to him please? Where there it is talking about us being a local company and being an India company and not being. I'm sorry being an England company and not outside company. Let us discuss this so that if. If you guys go there and if there is some metal to it then whatever discussion we had with Karthik when you guys are there for those that should. That process should begin. There should be a Kursi table there in our. In the office or whatever Visa packages vis a vis. I had also told you that in case of packages coming and going there should be our local address should be there. So the packages can be locally sent there. Then we can bring from there if required or whatever. So I I spoke with Karthik uncle earlier this week. He wasn't available. I have a call with them after this call just to finalize the sub account for DHL FedEx and basically package routine through him. Before you go and what our sub account can be done. You please discuss the specifics with Ammo. Sure. Because we don't have a company there he everything the package will come to him. Yeah. And we can give the people his name or his company name to send. Because in the customers or whoever is sending us a package they can locally send it to their to this address. From there it can come to us. Yeah. That is what is required. If that is what is if that if that is what we need. Like normally when you do business in America customers send their things to stores directly. So Mountain warehouse sense. Mountain warehouse does send things to us directly and we send things to them directly. I believe that the idea with Karthik uncle would be for these other smaller newer things we're trying to do where we need to send something to the UK to have ready there when we reach or now like such as Maria where she wants to send us a sweater rather than arranging a pickup through Royal Asia or whatever it is to send it to Karthik uncle who will then just put it on our sub account and charge it to us and send it to us. Because he has a dedicated person doing this parcel stuff day in day out. I believe that was the idea that we had discussed last time you were there. I have a question. The agents. In fact courier company and you were supposed to follow but you were supposed to call it anyways that's over now. So we can always set it up under that whatever the other. That is what the system is. Right. That is understandable. Is fine. That is fine. That is fine. But. A lot of things will change for us and all this will come on our head there. Then they will have to do local. We'll take a call. Whether we do it right now. Is it already time to do this or I don't know. I personally think it's too early for do that. But let's see. Have you please review it, read the email and then let's talk what to do about it. Sent you the email. Please let me know if you haven't received it. Yeah, I got it. But let's finish this. I'll read it after that. No problem. A company in the UK is very very very easy. Yeah but all the Cost will come on our head. Which cost. Easy. Very good question is will it help in our marketing? Is it required or not? If it required or it will it will give us a edge. Edge will give us some kind of a support. Like his mail says attraction will change nobody people bigger people will not talk to us. If we are agents, we are a UK company. They will talk to us. You know what I mean? But as usual. So there's no difference. While they're on the subject. But there is a system where the VAT is deferred for a certain amount of time. And once like you clear the good you do everything and then you pay that vat. So there are many many things behind it. It's compulsory in the uk. Then you have to take a VAC number. Okay. So if you sell locally then you have to add the 10% to the cost. Which gets refunded. There is a system behind it. Even I didn't research it too much because then that time you not doing it. But that is the same same Same way sir that you go with that taxation. Yeah sorry I lost your any. If you go for the company registration is like the same way. Once you get the VAT VAT number you have to l go for the certain employment and all pension scheme and all. So many formalities are there. It's not only Kat Lilia or am register Kalia Then you have to file the taxation and all Also when you are billing from the UK then it will be the taxation is there that separate bracket taxation. Local company. Exactly. That's what even he's saying that is it necessary? That's what is also saying. Is it necessary to have it now? Definitely. But just set up a company in the UK where you are just registered as a company in the UK where you don't have full fledged operation that is also allowed. But first of all. Saragar current. Full fledged in terms of Kia Logan customer visit Karthi. With. Local company. We have to figure it out. That's what I'm saying. Local company. As a office representation. Making sense is what we need to figure out. Local company why you want and what will be the advantage from his side what he exactly that he has to explain. Is it sensible or not sensible? I was waiting for this product presentation introduced the. Associated with this and we have the similar like product what she is doing. So it is more or less presentation. More or less like bar type. So this is the kind of product they are doing. So it will be advantage. If we. If you go to New York to show this style. Style. You're saying that if you go to London, then you want to go to their customer also to show the range, right? I want to go to One Step up in New York. Yes. So when you go, if you go to Spider, then you remember this customer that Mr. Zia has connected and he's been to their office. You, you should go and visit their design team also if you go to meet them. So keep this in mind. Okay. Yeah, that would be great. Yeah. Because you will have product when you go. When you're going there, show them the. We can also take whatever their product they're looking for as well. From within our production or factory samples or whatever. If that meeting happens. Feedback on those kids, customers or whatever we talked about. In the U.S. now, I told you, every U.S. may. I'm still checking. I asked a few friends, I've asked a few people. Correct. Let's keep talking. Let's keep talking. My. Go ahead. Go ahead. Why? I'm saying D3. Don't approach it right now because it'll be a little clash right now. So just hold off on the bigger guys. Go with the smaller ones right now. That's what I, I would say. Ah, you're right. Chicago, texas or miami subc offices to new york city. Rooted. And. We are working directly with brand. Karo party talukaro.in long shortlist karo or hard sell Karma. Something like that. Yes, sir. Okay. All the best. Anything else? Anybody has to add? Come on. Anybody has to. Do you want to say anything or something? No, I think that's it. We'll reconvene next week. He's gone. Okay, great. Bye.
